FAQ
What is Pose Library?
Pose Library is a daily life drawing app that gives artists of all levels access to high quality model pose references.
What does the nudity toggle do?
The nudity toggle controls whether fully nude poses appear in your drawing sessions.
When nudity is ON:
Nude images are not filtered.
Pose sets may include full nudity, similar to a traditional life-drawing session.
When nudity is OFF:
Fully nude images are removed.
You will only see partially clothed poses.
Partially clothed means some clothing is worn, but the person is not fully dressed (sometimes described as semi-nude or half-naked).
Please note:
This does not automatically make the images SFW. Some poses may still include:
- Simulated or theatrical violence
- Depictions of substance use
- Other mature visual themes
The nudity toggle exists to give you control over what you see - not to change the artistic intent of the practice. Choose the setting that best supports your comfort level and drawing goals.
When do galleries change?
The daily gallery changes at midnight Pacific Time (PT). You can switch to your local time in Settings (beta).
How does the playlist work?
Each session pulls a curated set of poses from a daily gallery. Every time you click Play Pose Set, you can get a fresh mix from that gallery.
Why do I see a duration prompt between sets?
When pose durations change (for example from 1 minute to 2 minutes), the player pauses briefly to show the next set duration so you can reset your focus.
Is there an age requirement?
You must be 18+ to create an account and use this site.
Do I need an account?
No. you don’t need an account to sketch from the daily default gallery.
If you create an account, you’ll get access to additional images, customizable settings, and the ability to track your practice over time.
Can I customize pose times?
Yes. You can customize both the number of poses and how long each pose stays on screen.
This feature is available with a free account, which also gives you access to additional images, settings, and saved stats.
This tool is amazing! Why is it free?
We’re still actively developing Pose Library, and while it’s already useful, the number of galleries and features is limited. We don’t feel it’s right to charge until we can confidently offer enough value.
Over time, we plan to add more content and features while keeping a healthy balance of free access and optional paid extras for those who want more. Our goal is to make the core practice accessible, while offering extra tools and content for artists who want more.
I am seeing missing images or a blank player.
