By accessing or using Pose Library, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or services.

Eligibility and age requirements

Pose Library is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 18 years of age. Because parts of the library may include artistic nudity, you must be at least 18 years old to use the site or create an account.

License to use Pose Library

Subject to these terms, Pose Library grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the site and its content for personal artistic and educational reference purposes only.

Use of images

All images on Pose Library are provided for personal, artistic, and educational reference use only.

You may not download, copy, redistribute, repost, publish, sell, sublicense, archive, or otherwise reproduce the images outside the intended functionality of the platform.

You may not use the images or any portion of the library to train, fine tune, evaluate, or develop artificial intelligence systems, machine learning models, computer vision datasets, or other automated technologies.

All models are ethically sourced and appear with consent for this specific use. All images and related content are owned by Pose Library or used with permission.

Commercial use of the images themselves is not permitted.

Local tab and user-provided files

Studio may include a Local tab that lets you temporarily load your own images from your device and display them inside the pose viewer together with Pose Library's timer tools.

Files loaded through the Local tab remain your responsibility. You represent that you have the rights and permissions necessary to use any image you load through this feature.

Pose Library does not claim ownership of those user-provided files, does not review them before display, and does not host them as part of the Pose Library library. They are intended for temporary browser-session use only and are cleared when you leave the page or refresh.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse Pose Library. This includes, without limitation, attempting to scrape or bulk extract content, bypass access controls, share account access improperly, interfere with the security or operation of the service, use automated tools to access the service in an abusive way, or use the site for unlawful or harmful purposes.

Educational use

Instructors are welcome to use Pose Library for in person classroom teaching or as a reference tool for class assignments.

You may also use Pose Library as a teaching or demonstration aid during online lessons, livestreams, or recorded educational content, provided that such use does not redistribute the image library itself or make the images available for separate reuse.

We may offer complimentary or temporary Studio access to qualified educators and enrolled students. Educational access may be limited by eligibility, course duration, verification status, account activity, or program requirements, and may be revoked, declined, or allowed to expire if those conditions are no longer met.

Accounts and access

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under your login.

You are responsible for providing accurate account information and for restricting access to your account credentials. You may not transfer or resell your account.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to accounts that violate these terms, create risk for the service or other users, or are otherwise used in an abusive or unauthorized manner.

Upon termination, your license to access and use Pose Library ends immediately.

Paid plans, billing, and renewal

Pose Library offers free access to some features and optional paid access to certain Studio features, pose galleries, or other tools. Pricing and plan details are presented at the time of purchase or plan selection.

Paid subscriptions may be offered on a recurring monthly or annual basis. By starting a paid plan, you authorize the applicable payment provider to charge your selected payment method for the subscription price, plus any applicable taxes or required fees, on a recurring basis until the subscription is canceled.

Subscription billing, payment method updates, invoices, and cancellation may be managed through our payment processor or billing portal where available. If you cancel a recurring subscription, your access will generally remain active through the end of the current paid billing period and then will not renew unless otherwise stated at the time of cancellation.

We may change pricing, plan structure, feature availability, or subscription terms from time to time. If we make a material change affecting an active paid plan, we will provide notice as reasonably required through the service, billing flow, or other appropriate communication channel.

Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase or required by law, payments are non-refundable after a billing period begins.

We may suspend, limit, or revoke access to paid features if payment is not completed, is reversed, is disputed, or if a subscription becomes past due, canceled, fraudulent, or otherwise invalid.

Intellectual property

Pose Library, including its design, branding, text, software, photographs, image library, and related content, is owned by Pose Library or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Availability and service changes

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue features, content, or access at any time as the site continues to evolve. We do not guarantee that the service or any specific feature will always be available.

Directory listings and third-party information

Pose Library may include a life drawing directory or similar resource pages featuring studios, classes, workshops, communities, organizers, or third-party links.

Those listings may be based on community recommendations, editorial notes, or publicly available information, and we do not guarantee that any listing is complete, current, accurate, available, or suitable for your needs.

Sessions may be canceled, rescheduled, relocated, repriced, paused, or discontinued without notice. You are responsible for checking directly with the organizer before attending or relying on any directory listing.

Disclaimers

Pose Library is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pose Library and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business opportunities arising out of or related to your use of the service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the total liability of Pose Library for any claim arising out of or relating to the service or these terms will not exceed the amount you paid, if any, to use the service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws principles, except to the extent applicable law requires otherwise.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version on this page and revise the date above. Continued use of the site after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
